Urologist – Full-Time

Location: Northwest Indiana (30–45 minutes from Chicago)

Position Overview

A well-established and growing healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a collegial, physician-led group .

This is a full-time, employed position offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care , with flexibility to tailor your practice based on your clinical interests.

Schedule & Clinical Details

Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility
Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
Call rotation: 1:4
Patient volume: flexible based on provider preference

Technology & Support

EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
HIMSS Stage VII designation (top-tier system, achieved by ~5% of hospitals)
Integrated system with strong clinical and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

Highly competitive salary (MGMA-based, negotiable)

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
