Registered Respiratory Therapist Pulmonary Rehab
Job Summary:
Adira Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist Pulmonary Rehab to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. As a valued member of our respiratory therapy department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. This is a more Pulmonary Rehab focused position.
Responsibilities:
Assess and develop treatment plans to strengthen lung volume and capacity so that patients may return home at their strongest.
Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to improve patients' lung function and overall health
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy devices, and nebulizers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in rounds with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes
Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and empowerment

Requirements:
Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
Active licensure in the state of Michigan
