Respiratory Therapist/Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Looking for PRN therapist to help weekly rotating weekdays and weekends. Pulmonary Rehab with PFT knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Provide respiratory care services, including pulmonary function testing and spirometry treatment for successful pulmonary rehab, to patients in skilled nursing

· Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement patient-care plans, and educate patients and their families on respiratory therapy techniques and best practices

· Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other respiratory therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

· Perform patient treatments, such as respiratory therapy modalities utilizing state of the art ARA and Omni Flow equipment through our partnership with Accelerate Care Plus

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to stay current with the latest medical research and treatment guidelines

Respiratory Therapy Requirements:

· Certification: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification or Trained Respiratory Nurse
