Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing, labeling, and patient counseling on medications.

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company SOPs in all pharmacy activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Monitor scripts and prescription flow to meet daily/weekly targets.

• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Document all activities accurately in the pharmacy management system.

• Engage with teammates to optimize pipelines and forecast territory needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and apply learnings to practice.

• Support clinical initiatives and provide medication information to patients and staff.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Assist in reporting metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Experience/Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license with current state registration.

• Experience in on-site pharmacy operations and dispensing workflows.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and SOPs for pharmacy.

• Ability to meet daily/weekly targets and manage prescription flow.

• Proficiency with pharmacy management system and prescription processing.

• Inventory management experience including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

• Excellent patient counseling and customer service skills.

• Data accuracy and documentation discipline for all activities.

• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
