Travel Operating Room Technician in Littleton, CO

The dynamic Main Operating Room hosts a wide spectrum of complex cases, including total joints, spine surgeries, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. With 16 OR suites and advanced equipment, each day brings exciting challenges and learning opportunities. Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts: 7A - 5P
• First round of shifts scheduled for you; self-scheduling available after initial orientation
• On-call required (primarily weekends; about 8-12 calls per 8-week period)
• On-call response requirement: within 30 minutes

Qualifications:

• Current DORA and NBSTSA certifications are required
• Minimum 3 years relevant OR experience preferred
• Candidates with transplant and/or spine experience are highly desirable
• Adept with Meditech EMR

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist for a range of surgical procedures including general, transplant, robotics, and specialty surgeries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient care
• Maintain readiness for on-call shifts, ensuring quick response and support when urgent surgical needs arise
• Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards
