Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position requires commitment for the full school year, with a flexible schedule of just 1-2 days per week. You will work with a diverse K-12 caseload, collaborating closely with educational teams to provide essential therapy services in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience with pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of IEP processes and school documentation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Previous work with K-12 student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students referred by school staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to integrate therapy into the school day
• Monitor progress, document services, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Advocate for students’ physical development and accessibility within the school setting
