Responsibilities: Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders. Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed. Work with the receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed. Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom. Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders. Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack. Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy. Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities. Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Reading and writing skills. Strong attention to detail. Good organization and communication skills. Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred. Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Prior experience using Oracle preferred. Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred. Experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred. This role may require less than 5% of travel domestically. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives. Individual compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to this position.
