Our client, a well-established and growing commercial services organization, is seeking a Construction Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for a rapidly expanding construction division.

This is a newly created role offering significant visibility, direct interaction with senior leadership, and the opportunity to own the accounting function for a major business segment. The right candidate will be a strong construction accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations and helping drive business performance.

MUST HAVES:
• 5+ years of construction accounting experience 

• Strong knowledge of WIP reporting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and job costing

• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes

• Experience in a privately held or growth-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Compensation: • $115K–$125K base salary
