Other tasks include managing integrated master schedule, managing contract deliverables, developing and managing the forecast for staffing based on program priorities, developing and delivering communications products, and in general, assisting in cost, schedule, performance, budget, risk, and communication. The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must.What required background will make you successful?US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDCurrent TS/SCI ClearanceMaster of Business Administration or related fieldAt least fifteen years program experience in efforts involving signal processing, geolocation aerospace, electronic systems, communications, software development, or similar technology developments Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) to Government StakeholdersProblem-solving skills: Ability to perform systematic analysis of systems to identify software, hardware, and interface issues and support resolution across the system lifecycle is crucialAttention to detail: Ability to identify and articulate discrepancy reports outlining issues or bugs with mitigation response deadlinesAnalytical skills: Ability to develop and interpret complex technical requirements and associate those to system engineering milestones within the development lifecyclePreferred skills:High level Government Acquisition Experience Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationLeadership, organizational awareness, and partneringCreative Thinking: Ability to connect disparate project parts to spot risks early and fix roadblocks without breaking the main scheduleCustomer Service: Ability to translate customer/user feedback into tasks that keep the team focused on end mission needsAbility to influence and negotiateFlexibility, interpersonal skills, team buildingWhere is the position located?This position is located at our Tucson, AZ Headquarters.*The likely salary range for this position is $165,000 to $210,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
