Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Randstad is hiring a Production Supervisor for a food manufacturing client in Carlisle, PA Using your knowledge of production, best practices and strong communication skills you will be responsible for supervising up to 150 people on any given shift. TheSupervisor will also be responsible for scheduling the labor requirements for the shift to ensure production goals are met within the budgeted cost structure.  The successful candidate will need to follow the Food Safety process and programs to ensure the facility meets AIB standards.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Minimum Knowledge, Experience & Skill Requirements: 
 Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast
change; must be able to direct, and motivate a diverse team member population. 
 Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope; must be able to act
decisively in implementing solutions. 
 strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards
goals. 
 Demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing
environment. 
 strong communication skills (both oral and written) for effective management of teams. 
 Must demonstrate an exemplary commitment to provide exceptional customer service. 
 strong working knowledge of One Note, Q-Cloud, Pack Manager and Red Prairie 
 General knowledge of and ability to operate a personal computer; working knowledge of
Microsoft Office & various and working knowledge of Microsoft office.
 bilingual (English / Spanish) is not required, but an asset
