Master Plumber

Job Description Relapath is seeking a Master Plumber for a direct-hire role to service clients in the Metro Detroit area. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with our client! Responsibilities Perform annual testing of backflow prevention assemblies. Diagnose failed backflow preventers and determine the appropriate repair or replacement. Repair and rebuild backflow prevention assemblies. Replace backflow preventers when repairs are not practical or cost-effective. Complete electronic test reports and submit required documentation to municipalities and water authorities. Coordinate testing and repairs with customers while providing exceptional service. Maintain testing equipment, inventory, and company vehicle. Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, local regulations, and industry standards. Experience using tablets or mobile devices for digital reporting is preferred. Qualifications Current Michigan Master Plumber License. Current Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification (ASSE 5110 or equivalent as required by local jurisdictions). Experience testing, repairing, and replacing commercial backflow prevention assemblies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience using tablets or mobile devices for digital reporting is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Relapath
