Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Loss Prevention Investigator in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for guests, employees, and merchandise while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue12:00 PM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PMSat10:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, back-of-house spaces, and perimeter areas. Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns. Support a welcoming luxury retail environment by providing professional assistance, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and documenting incidents as required. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
