Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Loss Prevention in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer in a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with shoppers, staff, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.96 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 07:00 PM Tue10:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri10:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat10:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun12:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership. Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming retail environment while documenting incidents and completing required reports. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
