Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Loss Prevention Investigator in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for guests, employees, and merchandise while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Tue 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Thur 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Fri 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You\'ll Do Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, back-of-house spaces, and perimeter areas. Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns. Support a welcoming luxury retail environment by providing professional assistance, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and documenting incidents as required. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
