A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Product Development Engineering Technician in Franklin Lakes, NJ . The Product Development Engineering Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 Biomedical company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk.

Product Development Engineering Technician Compensation: pay $32.00/hr ; benefits after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Product Development Engineering Technician Highlights:
- On-site, 5 days/week in Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417
Product Development Engineering Technician Responsibilities
- Plan, perform, and analyze bench-level R&D engineering tests and/or research experiments to evaluate feasibility of new concepts/technologies
- Independently plan and execute experiments supporting new product/technology feasibility testing
- Critically analyze experimental data; synthesize conclusions and document results in an R&D notebook
- Present experimental results to management and peers; communicate product development implications
- Prepare technical reports as needed
- Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) aligned with product development objectives and regulatory guidelines
- Partner with engineering to support experimental designs and product testing
Product Development Engineering Technician Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
- Comfortable working in a laboratory/bench-test environment
- Strong documentation skills (R&D notebook, clear data capture)
- Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings
Product Development Engineering Technician Preferred Qualifications
- Product development or engineering lab testing experience
- Experience supporting feasibility testing and/or technology transfer into product development
- Technical report writing and cross-functional teamwork experience
