Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Telemetry position at an acute care hospital in Pennsylvania, requiring at least 2 years of MS/Tele experience and Epic proficiency.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 230 staffed beds,
• Telemetry unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio,
• Experience with ER holding, MS/Tele, and Telemetry patient populations required,
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00-19:30),
• Every other weekend required,
• Floating within scope to like units required to meet facility needs,
• Block scheduling can be accommodated,
• Epic EMR used for charting,
• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Active PA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand (pending licenses not accepted),
• Current BLS certification required,
• Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry nursing experience required,
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required,
• Time off requests are subject to manager's discretion,
• Local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are accepted but at a different pay rate,
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration,
