Summary The Operations Coordinator leads back‑of‑house operations at the store, managing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy and daily operational tasks to support sales and service goals. The Coordinator acts as a key holder and may serve as manager on duty, coordinating client service activities and supporting the sales team. The role performs shipping, receiving, merchandise transfers, jewelry cleaning and repair intake while ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. Responsibilities Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment to support store operations. Manage inventory accuracy and execute internal control procedures to protect assets. Act as key holder and manager on duty, including opening and closing the store when required. Support client service activities and capture customer data to deepen relationships and drive sales. Clean and prepare jewelry, process repair intake and handle merchandise transfers. Partner with Sales Professionals and Management to respond to requests and follow up with clients. Assist in coaching team members and support performance improvement when acting as manager on duty. Provide feedback on process changes and help implement operational efficiency initiatives. Requirements 2-3 years prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
