Operations Manager, Mental Health

To support a clinical operations team, the full-time Operations Manager, Mental Health will oversee daily performance, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality service delivery for mental health evaluations in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Manage a clinical operations team of 6+ members focused on mental health evaluations and patient support workflows Act as the primary liaison between clinical staff and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service delivery Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in operations within a clinical or healthcare setting Proven experience managing and developing teams, including oversight of operational or clinical support staff Background in case management or clinical coordination preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
