Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. This role also includes supervising PTAs within the facilities. The position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program. Current PT license in the state of practice. Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively. Flexibility and team collaboration; adaptable to changing situations. Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with geriatric populations. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
