We're seeking a Machine Operator to run a highly automated Schlusselbauer dry cast machine that produces critical precast concrete products used in sanitation and stormwater infrastructure.

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process by ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while operating advanced manufacturing equipment.

• Operate an automated Schlusselbauer dry cast machine to produce precast concrete products
• Monitor machine performance and production quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and production requirements
• Verify dimensions and product accuracy using tape measures and other measuring tools
• Mix and prepare concrete materials as needed for production
• Move materials, molds, and finished products using forklifts and overhead cranes
• Perform minor machine adjustments and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output and quality goals
• Work occasional Saturdays when production demands require

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using a tape measure and verifying dimensions accurately
• Ability to perform physical labor in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work in a dusty, industrial setting with seasonal temperature fluctuations
• Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety

• Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
• Forklift and overhead crane operation
• Concrete production, mixing, or blending processes
• Industrial equipment operation
• Experience following detailed quality standards and production procedures

2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

This position is located in a large indoor manufacturing facility dedicated to producing precast concrete products. The environment is industrial in nature and includes exposure to dust, concrete materials, machinery, and changing temperatures throughout the year.

Safety is the top priority. Employees are provided PPE, including:

• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility vest
• Gloves
• Hearing protection

Employees must provide and wear steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stacy, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
