Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operators for a growing company in Stacy, MN . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating large machinery, and contributing to essential construction and site-development projects.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-12:00 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Stacy, MN
Screening: Drug screen required; no background check

Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and dozers
Perform site prep, grading, trenching, and material movement
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support project goals

Qualifications

Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings
Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and work independently
Strong awareness of safety procedures and equipment operation standards
Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
