Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Tumbler Operator openings in North Branch, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality finished products.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $16-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

Operate at least two centrifugal barrel tumblers simultaneously while maintaining production schedules and load times.
Clean parts and manage tumbling media between processing cycles.
Assist with material handling, manual deburring, media removal from finished parts, cleaning, and basic assembly tasks.
Monitor equipment performance and report any operational issues to supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 35-50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
