Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple New Jersey Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full‑time, in‑person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Jersey. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current PT openings available in: Keansburg, North Cape May, Oakland, Piscataway, Trenton, Watchung, and additional New Jersey markets. Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? Licensed New Jersey Physical Therapists PTs relocating to New Jersey New graduates from accredited DPT programs pursuing New Jersey licensure PTs seeking experience in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed‑setting rehab roles This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.
