AI solution provider for accounting and professional services As a growth-stage company in the financial technology sector, we're seeking an experienced leader to oversee the implementation and delivery of our AI-powered solutions for accounting and professional services firms. This role will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as Quickbooks and Xero, and driving customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience with software development and implementation. Our team is based in New York and we're looking for someone to join us on-site. What we’re looking for: 5-10 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or operations Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems Technical expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Zapier Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving customer success Must be based in the United States.
