Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Senior Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Dayton, MN. In this role, you’ll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing employees, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and motivating production operators, technicians, and assembly workers; ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards; monitoring product quality and conducting inspections and audits of finished products; addressing production issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality requirements; enforcing workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements; coordinating daily production activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives; leading and supporting teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment.

Requirements include previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds, knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards, understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures, and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities.
