Motus Marketing is a growing sales and marketing firm building its next generation of leaders in Albuquerque. Our Management Trainee position is designed for individuals who want to understand business from the ground up and earn advancement through performance. We believe strong leadership comes from firsthand experience understanding the sales process, the customers, and the team before leading it.

Through strategic retail partnerships, we execute impactful in-store events and face-to-face promotions that build brand awareness and grow customer bases for nationally recognized brands. If you’re ambitious, competitive, and looking for a long-term growth path, this is built for you.

Phase 1: Foundation
You’ll begin by learning face-to-face sales and customer acquisition inside our retail partner locations. This builds communication skills, confidence, and a deep understanding of our clients and systems.

Phase 2: Leadership Development
Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll train directly with senior leadership in:

• Recruiting and interviewing
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Performance management
• Territory and campaign oversight

Phase 3: Team Leadership
As you grow, you’ll begin coaching new hires, leading small teams, and contributing to office expansion goals. Advancement is merit-based and performance-driven!
