En esta posición dinámica, supervisarás los servicios de neumáticos y lubricantes, asegurando una satisfacción excepcional del cliente en un entorno dinámico. Responsabilidades: Supervisa las operaciones diarias de neumáticos y lubricación para garantizar la eficiencia y la calidad. Realiza la instalación, rotaciones y reparaciones de neumáticos con precisión. Realizar mantenimiento y revisiones regulares de los vehículos para un rendimiento óptimo. Formar y orientar a técnicos junior en las mejores prácticas y protocolos de seguridad. Gestiona y pide suministros según sea necesario. Ofrece un excelente servicio al cliente y responde cualquier preocupación del cliente. Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y organizado para promover la seguridad. Mantente al día con las tendencias del sector y los nuevos productos para mejorar la oferta de servicios. Requisitos: diploma de secundaria o equivalente; La certificación automovilística es un plus. 3+ años de experiencia en servicios de neumáticos y lubricantes o en un campo relacionado. Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo con la capacidad de motivar a un equipo. Permiso de conducir válido y historial limpio. Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y gestionar múltiples tareas. Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y una actitud centrada en el cliente. Conocimiento de las normativas de seguridad y las mejores prácticas en servicios de automoción.
