What We Offer as a Recruiter: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Stable Monday–Friday schedule Opportunities for career growth and advancement What You’ll do as a Recruiter: Recruitment & Talent Development Create and implement effective strategies to attract qualified driver candidates Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive outreach efforts Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community involvement Represent driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives Onboarding & Candidate Experience Act as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey Facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs) Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle readiness Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and positive onboarding experience Driver Engagement & Retention Develop strong relationships with active drivers Provide ongoing support to improve driver satisfaction and retention Address driver concerns and connect them with the right resources Collaborate with leadership to enhance engagement and retention strategies Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics Share insights and updates with leadership teams Assist with additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed What We’re Looking for as a Recruiter: Background in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, self‑driven, and results‑focused Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented approach Passion for helping individuals succeed and grow long term Ready to Make an Impact?
