The Bella Group is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Multifamily Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 12 apartment communities across Northern Arizona. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on operations, financial performance, team development, resident experience, and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to company leadership, the Regional Manager serves as a strategic business partner to community managers and ownership groups while helping drive the continued growth of our organization.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of 12 multifamily communities in Flagstaff and Cottonwood.
\n
• Coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and on-site teams.
\n
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and resident satisfaction.
\n
• Partner with ownership groups to achieve financial and investment objectives.
\n
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and property performance metrics.
\n
• Conduct regular site visits and property inspections.
\n
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and succession planning efforts.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing standards, and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies and portfolio growth initiatives.

Qualifications

\n

Required

\n

\n
• Arizona Real Estate License.
\n
• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
\n
• Multi-site portfolio management experience.
\n
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
\n
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and property management software.
\n
• Ability to travel regularly between portfolio locations.
\n

Preferred

\n
• Experience managing Class A, B, and workforce housing communities.
\n
• College degree or professional designation (CAM, CAPS, CPM, ARM, or similar).
\n
• Experience with Yardi software.
\n
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaborative technology platforms.
\n
• Strong training, coaching, and performance management skills.
\n
