Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards. Administer medications utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and wellness. Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.
