Licensed Clinical Manager – Behavioral Health Facility, Mesa, AZ Job Summary The Clinical Manager is responsible for delivering required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and throughout the year. They work with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings based on identified needs to improve clinical competencies and service delivery among staff. The Clinical Manager conducts scheduled and unscheduled clinical staffing and consultation to assigned teams, including during on‑call shifts, providing guidance and direction in accordance with Clinical Policy and Procedure, contractual, state, and Federal requirements and ethical standards. If independently licensed, they should be able to provide clinical supervision as defined by 4 A.A.C 6 to assigned licensed clinical staff.
