Specialty Drug Program Administrator

Put your call center experience to work helping patients navigate specialty medication programs and access the medications they need.

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Tempe, AZ 85284

Shift: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM

Work Arrangement: On-site

• Conduct outbound calls to patients and physician offices , educating patients on available specialty drug assistance and alternate funding programs.
• Coordinate MAP/PAP applications, collect required documentation, follow up on eligibility, and communicate with pharmacies and healthcare providers.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and help ensure approved funding and benefit information is properly coordinated so patients can receive their medications.

• Required: Previous outbound calling experience in a call center environment.
• Required: Customer service experience.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or health insurance experience is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including comfort working with denied-claim information.
• Strong verbal communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable conducting frequent outbound outreach to patients and healthcare providers.

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
