DevSecOps Engineer

Supporting secure software delivery in a collaborative environment, the full-time remote DevSecOps Engineer will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement automation solutions, and enhance deployment reliability across federal government healthcare technology projects. Key responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application builds, automated testing, packaging, and deployments Implement automation solutions for environment provisioning, operational workflows, release activities, and infrastructure support tasks Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release quality, deployment reliability, and software delivery timelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, build and release engineering, systems administration, or cloud operations environments Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar automation platforms Experience with AWS cloud services, Linux administration, scripting, and infrastructure automation concepts Understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure software delivery practices, and security-focused automation processes
