Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• ICU / CCU clinical experience required
• Ability to work day shift in an onsite acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a teaching hospital or larger acute care facility
• Familiarity with critical care protocols and high-acuity patient populations
