Housing Stability Navigator
Spring Branch Community Health Center
Spring Branch Community Health Center is looking for a dedicated Housing Case Manager to provide essential housing-related case management, perform assessments, and develop individualized housing service plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with clients facing homelessness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
