Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support capital expenditure planning and analysis, including ROI calculations and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Prior experience in a cost accounting role
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and their financial implications
