Senior Digital Media SpecialistBrinkmann Constructors is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Digital Media Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, strengthen our digital presence, and support both external and internal engagement. This role will serve as a key driver of website strategy, digital content innovation, and employee engagement through intranet platforms, ensuring Brinkmann's digital ecosystem reflects the company's leadership, culture, and project excellence.Website Strategy, Content & OptimizationServe as primary owner of Brinkmann's external website, ensuring it is modern, engaging, and aligned with industry best practicesLead ongoing website content strategy, including project portfolios, thought leadership, recruiting pages, and service offeringsManage site architecture, page creation, and UX enhancements to improve usability, engagement, and conversionImplement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and technical performance improvementsPartner with internal teams and team members on compelling digital storytelling including project highlights, employee stories, and recruiting campaignsMonitor website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and continuously optimize based on insightsStay current with evolving web trends, accessibility standards, and user experience expectations to ensure Brinkmann remains competitiveOversee photography, video production, drone footage, and multimedia assets showcasing construction projectsEnsure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platformsIntranet Strategy & Employee EngagementWork with communications coordinator/specialist on creative, engaging, and interactive content that fosters culture, collaboration, and communication across the organizationIntroduce innovative formats (short-form video, storytelling features, spotlight content, interactive posts) to increase employee participationAnalyze intranet usage and engagement metrics to continuously improve adoption and effectivenessPartner with HR, leadership, operations and other departments to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful internal communicationsChampion best practices for internal digital communication to enhance transparency, connectivity, and company cultureSocial Media Management and OptimizationCreate, schedule, and publish content across social media platformsMonitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentionsAssist in developing and executing social media content with internal staff and departmentsTrack and report on key performance metrics and audience engagementStay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesHelp maintain brand consistency across all social media communicationsInternal & External Event SupportAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company eventsOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on website and intranet management and digital content strategyDemonstrated expertise in:Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)UX/UI best practices and website optimizationSEO/SEM strategy and implementationProven experience leveraging analytics to improve website and campaign performanceStrong content creation skills (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, photography)Excellent project management and communication skillsPreferredExperience managing or optimizing corporate intranet platforms (SharePoint or similar)Experience leading website redesigns or digital transformation initiativesKey CompetenciesStrategic thinker with strong execution skills across digital channelsDeep understanding of modern website strategy and user experienceCreative storyteller with an eye for engaging visual and interactive contentData-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilitiesAbility to translate complex information into compelling digital narrativesPassion for enhancing both external brand presence and internal employee experienceWorking Conditions:The Senior Digital Media Specialist work is primarily performed indoors at Brinkmann's corporate officeThis role requires regular office hoursLight physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 10 pounds and someStanding, walking, sitting, talking and/or hearingAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
