Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant | Hybrid | St. Louis, MO | Up to $100K + Bonus A rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking a Senior Accountant to support expansion and help build a centralized accounting function . This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with direct impact on financial operations across multiple specialty service lines. What You’ll Do: Own month-end close and general ledger activity Prepare financial statements and variance analysis Strengthen internal controls and processes Oversee AP and bank reconciliations Support audits, budgeting, and physician compensation calculations Contribute to system and process improvement What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience Strong GAAP knowledge Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) CPA and/or healthcare experience is a plus Our client offers a competitive base salary + bonus, a comprehensive & generous benefit package, plus hybrid flexibility! #J-18808-Ljbffr
