In this role, you will manage technical operations involving multiple projects and personnel at diverse locations, with annual revenue managed being between 20 to 100 million dollars.Essential Functions:Project OversightManage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.Technical CoordinationDirect and coordinate multiple projects and personnel across various locations, ensuring technical and operational alignment.Scope and Cost EstimationCollaborate with clients to define project scope and develop government cost estimates using designated software tools.Proposal and Change Order ReviewAnalyze contractor cost proposals and change orders for consistency with project scope and budget.Schedule ManagementDevelop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as needed to meet deliverables.Contract Negotiation and ProcurementWork with government contracting personnel to negotiate and secure services from vendors and engineering firms.Quality Assurance and InspectionConduct on-site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.Cost Analysis SupportProvide financial analysis and review of construction-related cost estimates.On-Site Construction ManagementServe as the primary on-site representative, overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring project integrity.Travel RequirementsTravel to project sites for inspections, progress reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
