About the Role

We are building out our TikTok Live program and need an energetic, on-camera host to anchor our live shopping sessions. This is a part-time, hourly role with commission opportunity tied to TikTok Shop sales performance during your sessions.

You will be the face of Revive MD during live broadcasts, driving product awareness and purchases for a real, engaged audience. This is an opportunity to grow with a brand from the ground floor of a live commerce program.

What You Will Do

Host Revive MD TikTok Live sessions multiple times per week

Showcase and demo products on-camera in an engaging, brand-aligned way

Answer audience questions accurately using provided talking points and product education

Drive TikTok Shop conversions during each session

Manage community engagement in real time (comments, reactions, viewer questions)

Coordinate with the social team before each broadcast on session focus, featured products, and talking points

Maintain a positive, on-brand energy throughout every session

What You Are Not Doing

This is not an editorial or strategy role. You are not writing copy, building campaigns, or managing the account. You show up, you host, you sell. Strategy and briefing come from the social team. Your job is to execute it with personality.

What We Are Looking For

Comfortable and confident on camera, no stiffness

Natural ability to hold attention and keep energy up across a live session

Some experience with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or any form of live streaming preferred

Genuine curiosity about health, fitness, or supplements

Quick on your feet. Live is live. Things move fast and so do you

Reliable availability. We need someone who shows up on schedule consistently

Sales instinct. You understand the difference between talking and converting

Schedule and Compensation

Pay: $16.00/hour, paid for broadcast time and prep time

Commission: Performance-based commission on TikTok Shop sales driven during your sessions. Structure to be defined based on role and performance tier.

Hours: Part-time, sessions typically 2 to 4 hours each, multiple days per week

Schedule: Weekly session schedule set in advance with the social team

Take direction well and can execute a brief without needing a lot of handholding
