Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Wayzata, Minnesota (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week)

Job Description:

Responsible for designing, building, and operating high-performance data-centric solutions using enterprise big data platforms. This role supports analytics and reporting by developing robust data pipelines, modeling data structures, and implementing data transformations. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and architect sustainable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation logic
• Perform data modeling and prepare datasets for analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data solutions
• Drive adoption of modern data engineering practices and mentor team members
• Participate in architectural decisions and prototype development
• Provide technical support throughout the solution lifecycle

Skills & Technologies:

Big Data Platforms, SQL, Azure, GitLab CI/CD, Data Modeling, Cloud Technologies, Python or similar scripting languages, Reporting Tools

Additional Notes:

The candidate will work closely with offshore teams and may be expected to attend meetings during offshore hours.

Required Skills : 1. Experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies 2. Strong SQL and data modeling skills 3. Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines and transformations 4. Proficiency in designing, coding, testing, and deploying data or software applications. 5. Familiarity with reporting tools and diverse data sources. 6.
