Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: West Anaheim, CA
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising QC/inspection activities and ensuring aerospace machined parts meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate QC inspectors and inspection activities.
- Oversee First Article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and job orders.
- Plan inspection schedules and workload.
- Resolve quality and inspection issues with production teams.
- Maintain inspection and quality records.
- Enforce QMS, safety, and company procedures.
- Ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Aerospace/machine-shop experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Experience supervising or coordinating inspection/QC activities preferred.
