Job Description Required Education Associate Degree Required Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable. Experience handling vendor invoices delivered and/or processed through an ERP system. Experience responding to customers and clients. Preferred Experience Experience using Copilot or other AI technology. Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of invoice processing using electronic systems. Preferred Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, Excel formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices through various electronic and non-electronic invoicing platforms to ensure accurate and timely payments. Review invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to identify and resolve moderate to complex exceptions before posting invoices for payment. Perform vendor account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies, including tax exceptions. Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely recording of all transactions. Prepare and distribute reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational activities. Research and interpret accounting and financial data to respond to related questions. Investigate, escalate, and communicate invoice-related issues as appropriate. Ensure the protection of physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, while maintaining the confidentiality and proper handling of customer data, proprietary information, medical records, and other sensitive information.
