What You’ll Do Speech Screenings Conduct observations and screenings for students with potential speech concerns. IEP Meetings & Documentation Assess IEP goals monthly and submit progress reports. Submit teacher reports highlighting student strengths and needs. Complete the Related Services section and goals in SESIS prior to IEP meetings. Communication & Collaboration Maintain open communication with families and address questions as they arise. Collaborate with teammates – sharing insights and providing support. Share screening results and next steps with families in a supportive manner. Celebrate student growth and progress consistently. Instructional Excellence Submit weekly, data‑driven lesson plans to the School Psychologist. Upload student work weekly and track service attendance. Deliver engaging, differentiated sessions tailored to student needs. Use data to inform instruction and guide students’ progress.
