Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview TransPerfect Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve the aging population within an adult day care setting. Candidates with experience in dementia care and the geriatric population are strongly preferred. The role involves delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care and developing a robust therapy program in a senior living and skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies. Help optimize functional self‑care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population. Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in‑service education. In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop a robust therapy program. Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care. Support compliance with all state and federal regulations. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice.
