The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Senior Project Manager .
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as single POC to Contracting Officer & COR
- Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and execution
- Develops and advises strategic roadmaps
- Manages integrated SME teams
- Oversees multi-project resource allocation and schedules
- Supports requirements development & management
- Drives operations & maintenance (O&M) for campus complexes
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years managing enterprise-wide federal projects
- Prefer experience with large federal agencies (GSA/DHS preferred)
Core Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience managing full-time and part-time resources
- Demonstrated success in federal O&M environments
- Active Secret clearance
