About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its Electrical Division. This executive will be responsible for leading and scaling the business with a focus on strategic vision, hands-on operational leadership, and full P&L accountability. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and leadership development, while building the necessary systems, teams, and culture to support expansion. Key responsibilities include owning divisional P&L performance, developing and executing growth strategies, and ensuring operational consistency across all functions. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality electrical construction and service solutions.
