Position Details

• Location: Madison, NE (68748)
• Hours: Part-time
  • Days Monday & Friday 7a - 7p
• Client Specifics: 2-year old with a trach, vent, and a g-tube

  • Weekdays: Monday through Friday 8a - 4p
• Client Specifics: 1-year old with a g-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Pay Range

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
