Medical Writer

As a full-time Lead Medical Writer, this remote position will manage the delivery of high-quality, scientifically accurate content for Oncology-focused medical communications projects, guiding writers and ensuring editorial excellence from planning to final review. Key responsibilities Act as the lead writer and primary client contact for assigned accounts Develop and oversee content creation, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all client programs Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced writers while managing project delivery and compliance processes Required qualifications Degree in life sciences; PharmD or PhD preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical or scientific writing, ideally within a healthcare consultancy or medical communications agency Proven expertise in developing scientific content specifically for Oncology accounts Experience managing client relationships and serving as a key point of contact Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines for medical communications
