Associate Attorney

Job Description Represent clients in workers' compensation, industrial insurance, OSHA, subrogation, subsequent injury, and related matters Appear in court, at hearings, and before administrative or government agencies Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case‑related documents Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law Develop case strategy with senior attorneys and help drive files forward efficiently Maintain organized, up‑to‑date case files using case management software Communicate with clients clearly and build strong long‑term relationships Manage deadlines, billing expectations, and multiple active matters in a fast‑paced practice Qualifications J.D. and active Nevada Bar license in good standing 0 to 4 years of attorney experience is ideal Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to manage competing deadlines Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Litigation, workers' compensation, insurance defense, or administrative law exposure is a plus Experience with legal billing and case management software is helpful Why You Will Love Working Here Strong mentorship and hands‑on training Specialized practice with meaningful long‑term career value Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys and develop quickly Flexible path toward hybrid work after initial training period
